We are happy to announce the International Colloquium on the Recent Developments on Article 82.

The aim of this conference is to address the recent developments in the enforcement of Article 82, with particular reference to the Guidance on the Commission's Enforcement Priorities in applying Art. 82. The Colloquium will also focus on the assessment of efficiencies, on issues related to innovation, and high-tech markets as well as on regulated industries.

The Colloquium is organised in collaboration with INTERTIC.It will take place in Rome at the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) on 6 March 2009.
