We are happy to announce the Second International Colloquium on the Recent Developments in the Enforcement of Article 102 will address the main developments in caselaw at the Community but also at the national level, before delving into specific abuses including bundling as well as rebates. The conference will also address important procedural issues in the enforcement of Article 102 and of the national legislation on abuse of dominance.

The conference is free of charge and will take place in the Italian Competition Authority on 9th April. (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato Piazza G. Verdi, 6/a 00198 Roma).
